Next, we take a guided demo of your system, exactly like a potential client. So we can see how it behaves in the wild. From that, we draft a lightweight QA plan and align on tools, environments, and priorities without forcing new workflows on your team.

Day One Baseline

On Day 1 we run baseline end‑to‑end tests to get bearings and surface immediate risks. You’ll receive the first “learning document”—clear, cross‑functional notes any teammate can use to get up to speed—plus an initial, prioritized list of test cases and quick wins.

Ongoing Execution
